The Post Oak in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Bar Back to join a busy, guest-focused team. You’ll help keep the bar stocked, prepare garnishes, and support servers during peak hours.

This role emphasizes speed, reliability, and a positive attitude; 1+ year Bar Back experience preferred, must be 18+, and you’ll enjoy flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement.
