Job Summary

Location: Kentucky Exposition Center

Receives liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes supplies throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Retrieve food items from kitchen and deliver to the bar.
2. Retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to the bar.
3. Set up bottles on the bar, with top-shelf liquor on the back shelf.
4. Ensure beer taps are functioning properly.
5. Place bar snacks on the counter; keep supplies stocked.
6. Assist in opening and closing side work.
7. Bust tables in the bar area.
8. Maintain cleanliness of the bar/lounge areas; wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, floors under equipment; sweep and mop service areas.
9. Remove rubbish from all receptacles.
10. Prepare and serve beverages to assist the bartender.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
