Job Summary

Summary: Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes beverages in the bar throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Retrieves food items from kitchen and delivers to bar.
2. Retrieves beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar.
3. Sets up bottles on bar, including 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
4. Ensures beer taps are functioning properly.
5. Places snacks on the counter; stocks supplies like snacks and napkins.
6. Assists with opening and closing side work.
7. Maintains cleanliness of bar/lounge areas: washes tables, walls, refrigerators, floors; sweeps and mops.
8. Removes rubbish from receptacles.
9. Prepares and serves beverages to assist bartenders.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
