The Bar Back is responsible for supporting the bar team by maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and full operational readiness of the bar area. This role ensures that all beverage stations, equipment, and supplies are properly stocked and maintained to support efficient service and exceptional guest experience. The Bar Back plays a key role in upholding Twin Peaks’ standards of cleanliness, safety, and execution while working collaboratively with bartenders and the Heart of House team.
This position operates in a high-energy restaurant and bar environment, with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and cleaning agents.
