Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver and stock bars with liquor, beer, wine, fruit, mixers, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products, and other necessary items for daily operations.
2. Assist bartenders during breaks and be assigned to specific bars during slower days.
3. Support other departments as needed.
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by removing trash, cleaning mats, bar tops, fixtures, and performing other duties as assigned.
5. Communicate professionally with internal guests, external guests, and management.
6. Keep accurate records of inventory transfers and departmental procedures.
7. Perform all other duties as assigned.
8. Maintain a neat, groomed, and professional appearance in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
9. Barbacks may also serve as bartenders.

Job Requirements

• Previous bar experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, climb, and reach (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Detail-oriented and organized to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and be tested on new products, recipes, and service techniques regularly.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain necessary licensing.

Educational Requirements
