Job summary

Catch Hospitality Group in Dallas is seeking a Bar Back to support the Bar Team, assist with inventory, and ensure each guest receives a memorable dining experience. You will work alongside our bartenders, following the steps of service with attentiveness and care.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of barback experience in fine dining, are organized, reliable, and thrive under pressure. Flexible scheduling, plus opportunities for advancement, are provided in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Barback experience in high-volume, fine dining (preferred).
• Organized with strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

The Bar Back is a very important role in the restaurant where you are expected to support the Bar Team and assist with Inventory. You will be responsible for following the proper steps of service and working alongside our Bartender team. Beyond that, you are expected to use your skill, knowledge, and personality to provide a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Qualifications

• Have 1-2 years of Barback experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment (Preferred)
