The Barback position is responsible for supporting our bartenders and helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the bar area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a team that delivers a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Restock bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and napkins.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and cleaning spills.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles from tables and bar tops.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after service.
• Assist with the preparation of garnishes and ingredients for cocktails.
• Retrieve and replenish kegs, beer, and other beverages as needed.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and notifying management of any shortages.
• Collaborate with bartenders and other staff members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
