Key Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
• Support in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service by supporting bartenders and engaging with guests when appropriate
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the bar area regularly

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or bar support role preferred
