KemperSports Management seeks a bartender for Dismal River Club's bar operations. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, greet guests, and maintain bar inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year bartending experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems; handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Flexible hours required, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for opening per Company procedures, inspect supplies, garnish, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
• Greet guests as they enter the bar area.
• Mix, prepare and serve drinks per approved recipes.
• Collect checks/payments for drinks served.
• Report complaints to a manager as soon as they occur.
• Maintain and clean bar equipment.
• Maintain records of liquors, beers, wine, tobacco and sundries to ensure par stock.
• Maintain daily inventory and records of demand; ensure timely reports.
• Clean and lock-up per Company procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed.
