Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Apprentice Bartender or Bar Porter in a lounge or fine-dining setting.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner with eye contact and intention.
• Communicate guest needs to co-workers, kitchen, and management.
• Execute water service and serve non-alcoholic drinks as necessary.
• Maintain stock, setup, and cleanliness of bar areas.
• Ensure proper setup, labeling, stocking and delivery of alcohol and supplies.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, and garnishes.
• Complete opening and closing side-work and daily prep tasks.
• Provide consistently courteous service and engage guests professionally.
