Job summary

LEV Restaurant Group is seeking a Bar Apprentice in Las Vegas to greet guests, assist bartenders, and keep the bar stocked and clean. The role supports rush periods, maintains inventory, and ensures a high standard of service in a fine dining setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as bar back or busser preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and comply with regulations.
• Fine dining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, mix and serve drinks, and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Assist bartenders during rush hours and provide breaks.
• Restock bar inventory and manage liquor, juice, and ice levels.
• Keep bar and storage areas neat, tidy, and organized.
• Perform bussing duties and maintain overall bar appearance.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and safety rules.

Job Summary:Bar Apprentice are to greet guests, mix and serve drinks and maintain the cleanliness of the bar.
