Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar and Lounge Manager to oversee the operations of our bars, including the lobby, check-in/out stations, and Pool outdoor areas as applicable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional service to our customers and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement creative beverage menus and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
