Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aBanquet Server.In this role, you will be responsible forgreeting banquet guests, taking orders accurately, and serving food. You will assist the banquets team in all aspects of banquets functions from start to finish.

As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise toLead with Loveguiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Know how to read the banquet event orders (BEO’s) and be familiar with the menu of the assigned function.
• Serve guests according to resort standard in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a server and set-up houseperson.
• General food and beverage knowledge, involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations.
• Must be flexible to work long hours including weekends and holidays.
