Qualifikationen

• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers as a team.
• Knowledge of meeting room setup styles and equipment.
• Ability to lift and move tables, chairs, and podiums up to 100 lbs.
• Requires physical activity for shift flexibility and room setup/breakdown.

Aufgaben

• Set up all meeting rooms to guest specifications, transporting tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and freshwater.
• Break down rooms after meetings and return items to storage for next function.
• Maintain cleaning schedule so rooms stay presentable at all times.
• Communicate with supervisor about event needs during shift.
• Be available to work on a regular basis and adhere to attendance rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
