Job summary

Pasea Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Banquets Cook II to support our banquet operations. You will prepare a variety of dishes, assist with station setup, and ensure food quality from prep to service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items such as salads, soups, sauces, meats and vegetables per recipes.

• Reads menu to estimate food requirements and requisitions from storage.
• Maintains oven, broiler, grill, roaster and steam kettle temperatures as required.
• Measures and mixes ingredients using kitchen tools (blenders, mixers, slicers, knives).
