Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX seeks a Banquet Steward to coordinate and maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware and cookware. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to understand and complete banquet contracts, while supporting event operations.

The ideal candidate is able to lift, push and pull moderate weights, stand for long periods, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment on flexible weekday, weekend, and holiday

• Experience in hotel stewarding/dishwashing preferred but not required.

The Banquet Steward is primarily responsible for assisting to coordinate and maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware and cookware. This person must have good communication skills and the ability to understand and complete banquet contracts. This person needs to have the ability to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight.
