Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Banquet Steward to support our culinary and service teams in a fast-paced environment. You will stay active on your feet, assist with dishwashing, and help maintain a clean, sanitary dining area.

High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior food & beverage experience helps but is not mandatory. Flexibility with nights, weekends and holidays is expected, with opportunities for hotel employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry out repetitive tasks.
• Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort and wash dirty dishes and utensils.
• Replace washed dishes and utensils in storage areas.
• Keep the general restaurant area sanitary, including sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning tables.
