Banquet Steward (2nd Shift) - Palmer House a Hilton Hotel (Finance)

What will I be doing?

A Banquet Steward will collect all service ware and allocate in accordance with event order to supply the function. Removal of the same following the event to ensure proper cleanup.

• Anticipate equipment needs from event order and count out the same.
• Transport soiled ware to the wash area and return empty Queen Mary trucks to the bus area.
• Make coffee in quantity needed just before service.
• Set up equipment stations in designated areas so service staff can carry out their functions.
• Establish bus stations in the service corridor for efficient operation.
