• Supervise banquet setup operations for meetings, conferences, weddings, and events.
• Lead, schedule, and guide setup teams to ensure timely execution.
• Review BEOs, diagrams, and timelines to meet client specifications.
• Oversee setup/breakdown of rooms, staging, AV, and decor.
• Coordinate with Banquets, Culinary, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Respond to last-minute changes and coach team members.
