Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas is seeking a dedicated Banquet Set-Up Houseperson to prepare and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, and water stations. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering polished guest experiences and work closely with the Events team to support smooth operations.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and physical stamina are essential as is flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

• Physical stamina required to lift, push and move event gear.
• Attention to detail to read floor plans and execute setups accurately.
• Strong communication to follow instructions from managers and teams.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays for event timelines.
