Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is hiring a Banquet Set-Up team member for our Banquets Department. The role involves setting up, breaking down, and maintaining banquet spaces and equipment to meet BEOs and service standards.

You'll work with the Set-Up Supervisor and leadership, handling various configurations and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Requires a high school diploma and valid Florida driver's license, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, members, clients, and team.
• Previous event, banquet, hospitality, or set-up experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet functions according to BEOs and Service Agreements.
• Maintain familiarity with all function rooms, event spaces, and banquet support areas.
• Set up and break down banquet and departmental functions.
• Safely handle and transport banquet equipment and store it properly.
• Assist guests courteously and escalate requests when needed.
• Inspect equipment before use and report damages or malfunctions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for repairs or adjustments.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
