Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Banquet Setup Attendant for Saint John's Resort in Plymouth, MI. The role involves reading diagrams, setting tables and buffets, and assisting service staff during events. A high school diploma and at least one year in a hotel/restaurant serving role are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 1 year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Read and execute meeting/dining room diagrams for spaces indoors and outdoors.
• Set up and arrange tables, A/V equipment according to diagrams.
• Buffet tables and bars setup/breakdown during events.
• Prepare room with F&B equipment and arrange buffets, stages, podiums.
• Assist servers with plating, delivering items, and beverage stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, parking areas, restrooms; bussing tables as needed.
• Demonstrate teamwork to ensure efficient event setup.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
