Job summary

Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree is searching for a Banquet Setup/Server to join our dynamic banquet team. Compensation is based on experience. Company benefits include 401k, employee discounts, and much more.

The purpose of the Banquet setup/Server is to assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guests' expectations for food and beverage service in meeting rooms and banquet functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; banquet and/or F&B experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Read and complete a Banquet Event Order and set up accordingly.
• Set up, serve, and breakdown coffee breaks, receptions, and other functions.
• Assist managers and lead servers in setting up functions and enforcing policies.
