Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects such as tables, chairs and staging.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the manager during the shift to stay informed about work requirements.
• Set up meeting rooms according to guest specifications, including transporting materials from storage to rooms.
• Stock meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water as needed.
• Break down rooms after meetings and return items to storage for the next function.
• Maintain cleaning schedules for meeting rooms and ballrooms to keep spaces presentable.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available on a regular basis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
