Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to support daily banquet setup and teardown, clean and set meeting rooms, and ensure impeccable service for guests. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and delivering WOW moments in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily set-up and break-down of banquet events in a safe and efficient manner.
• Own the full-cycle process of cleaning and setting of meeting rooms and banquet functions.
• Vacuum floors, clean walls/windows/mirrors, and store equipment properly.
• Control and store meeting room supplies such as linens and amenities.
• Assist in servicing meeting rooms by removing trash and replenishing water as requested.
• Deliver on guest expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
