Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate in Pittsburgh to ensure flawless event spaces and guest experiences. In a fast-paced hotel setting, your eye for detail, flexibility, and teamwork will drive guest satisfaction and event success.

You will set up and break down spaces per Banquet Event Orders, assist guests during events, and coordinate with teams to keep supplies ready and equipment functioning smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and move throughout shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel events.

Responsibilities

As a Banquet Set-Up Associate at Concord Hospitality, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of events by preparing and maintaining banquet spaces. Experience is not required—just a passion for service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Orders
• Ensure guest needs are attended to throughout events
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently (moving furniture, equipment, staging, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs
