Qualifications

• At least 3 months’ experience in a restaurant, banquet, or room set-up position.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions; read and comprehend a set-up diagram.

Responsibilities

• Break down, set up, and move tables, chairs, risers, podiums, and flags.
• Clean tables, chairs, podiums, floors inside and outside.
• Put linens on tables; refresh meeting rooms with water, pens, and pads.
• Perform duties to exceed guests' expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with other duties as needed.
