Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Williamsburg seeks a Banquet Housecleaner Supervisor to oversee Lodge Conference Center operations and Woodland’s Conference Center. You will ensure clean attractive spaces for all events and manage staff to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring service quality, coordinating with chefs and clients, and resolving issues during functions. Flexible hours, weekend and holiday work required. May require DMV record check.

Additionally, Colonial Williamsburg is home to five world class accommodations at the Williamsburg Inn, Williamsburg Lodge Autograph Collection, the Griffin Hotel, the Williamsburg Woodlands Hotels and Suites and the unique Colonial Houses in the Historical Area. Assists the Senior Banquet Manager in supervising the Banquet Housecleaner department to ensure the continual cleanliness and attractiveness of the Lodge Conference Center (Inside and Outside), and Woodland’s Conference Center (Inside and Outside) to ensure that quality standards established for the facilities are maintained, implemented and consistently delivered for all conference related functions.

High school diploma or G.E.D. 3 months experience required.
Previous extensive banquet set-up experience preferred.

The compensation listed below for this position represents the anticipated hiring range and is provided in accordance with Virginia pay transparency requirements. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the selected candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and the specific requirements of the role.
Range: $21 to $26
