Kahler Hospitality Group in Rochester, MN is seeking an experienced Banquet Houseperson for second shift to join our events team. You will help set up and break down venues, assist guests, and maintain a clean, welcoming space throughout events.

This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and flexibility to work around hotel events. We offer competitive wages, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities to grow within our busy hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Requires full mobility; capable of heavy lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be a team player with attention to detail; able to work flexible hours for events.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Order.
• Attend to guest needs during events.
• Maintain consistent clean presentation in public spaces throughout events.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available and functioning as per BEO.
• Track event supplies and equipment; report repairs and maintenance as needed.
