Schulte Hospitality Group and the Mining Exchange Hotel are seeking a dynamic Banquet Setup Attendant, On-Call to join our team. The role supports precise event setup, A/V and buffet arrangements, and seamless guest experience.

Minimum of one year in hotel/restaurant serving is required, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Part-time, on-site position with a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Responsabilidades

• Read and execute meeting/dining room diagrams for spaces, indoors and outdoors.
• Complete the physical set up and arrangement of tables, A/V and equipment according to the diagram.
• Assist in setting and breaking buffet tables and bar during and after an event.
• Assist in setting a room with F&B equipment.
• Arrange buffets, stages, and podiums.
• Help servers complete their tasks, including arranging plates and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, parking lots, and restrooms.
• Assist servers with bussing tables and coordinating service flow.
• Demonstrate teamwork and leadership to ensure efficient event setup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to read and execute meeting/dining room diagrams for spaces, indoors and outdoors.

Complete the physical set up and arrangement of tables, A/V & equipment according to the diagram.

Assist in setting and breaking buffet tables and bar during and after an event is completed.

Assist in setting a room with F&B equipment.

Arrange buffets, stages, and podiums.

Help servers complete their tasks, which include: arranging plates, running items to the bars, and setting up beverage stations.

Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobbies, parking lots, smoking areas, and public restrooms, and assist servers with bussing tables.

Exhibit teamwork and leadership to ensure that the event is setup in an efficient manner.

Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of High School education

Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to communicate effectively verbally

Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members

Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
