Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a part-time Banquet/Event Set-up role at the Tulsa Renaissance.

You will set up and break down event spaces, refresh areas, transport supplies, and assist with service tasks while maintaining high cleanliness standards. The position requires stamina, strong teamwork, and a guest-centric approach to ensure memorable events.

Qualifications

• You’ll lift and move up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long shifts.
• Attention to detail is essential for guest satisfaction and event perfection.
• Clear communication and following instructions with the team (including kitchen) are required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team-first attitude helps manage large events smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders and cleanliness standards.
• Refresh event spaces and guest-ready areas throughout the day (including coffee breaks).
• Transport supplies and decor to required locations.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables.
• Be the friendly face guests remember, anticipating needs and solving issues with a smile.
