Tulsa Renaissance - Atrium Hospitality is hiring part-time banquet staff in Tulsa, OK. You will set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms, refresh spaces all day, transport supplies, support food and beverage service, and greet guests with a positive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Strength and stamina – you’ll lift and move up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during long shifts.
• Attention to detail – “almost right” isn’t acceptable for event perfection.
• Clear communicator – you follow instructions and coordinate with your team and kitchen.
• Flexible schedule – nights, weekends, and holidays are when the events happen.
• Team-first attitude – big events require collaboration and a positive, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms based on event orders and high cleanliness standards.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day (including coffee breaks).
• Help transport supplies and materials where they need to go—boxes, programs, or décor.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Be the friendly face guests remember—anticipating needs and solving small issues with a big smile.
