Job summary

Hilton is seeking a dependable meeting room attendant to set up, stock, and break down spaces for events. You will move tables, chairs, and equipment, and ensure rooms reflect Hilton Hospitality standards of quality.

Responsibilities include maintaining light cleaning schedules, assisting with guest requests, and working with supervisors to coordinate shift tasks. This role requires physical activity and commitment to safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Set up meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest.
• Transport and arrange heavy materials safely.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for meeting rooms and ballrooms.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• May assist in other hotel areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting rooms, ensuring all equipment and displays are configured correctly.
• Stock and replenish meeting rooms with glasses and water as needed.
• Transport staging, tables, chairs, and floor coverings between storage and event spaces.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment during shifts.
