Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils; ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing station and related areas.
• Identify and report equipment issues to management; perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward guests, customers, and co-workers.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation; ensure security of company assets.
