Job summary

Evangeline Downs Racetrack & Casino is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Server to take orders, greet guests, and provide prompt service in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will use a computerized guest check system, retrieve and deliver prepared orders from the kitchen, carry trays, maintain cleanliness, and collect payment at the end of service. Experience in hospitality is a plus; training will be provided. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Process orders using a computerized guest check system.
• Retrieve prepared orders from the kitchen and deliver to guests.
• Carry and balance trays through dining area.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room.
• Present checks and collect payments.
