Job summary

PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties, Inc. is seeking a dining room/food service associate at TPC Scottsdale. You will support servers, assist bartenders, stock stations, and help maintain clean dining areas while upholding the PGA TOUR Brand Standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and some experience in food and beverage service. Shifts vary with business levels, and employee meals are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service operations, with at least 2 months of similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and distribute all clean dishes, silverware, and glassware from storage areas to service stations.
• Assist bartenders by keeping ice stations stocked in the dining room.
• Clean and maintain dining room floors; ensure they are swept or mopped as needed.
• Serve and refill water and beverages to guests; brew coffee and iced tea as required.
• Stock service stations with supplies and assist with setup/breakdown of buffets and banquet tables.
• Ensure service procedures follow PGA TOUR Brand Standards and assist with table maintenance and resets.
