Job summary

Walters Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic Banquet Servers to ensure successful weddings and events in Georgetown, TX. You will set up banquet areas, serve food and beverages, and promptly respond to guest needs in a fast-paced, professional environment.

You will work weekends and event days, with opportunities to collaborate with culinary and planning teams, while maintaining a high standard of service and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar banquet or hospitality role preferred.
• Texas TABC and Food Handlers licenses required.
• Eligible to work in the United States and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet areas including moving tables and chairs per event specs.
• Serve plated/buffet food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized event space throughout the shift.
• Execute closing duties, clear tables and store equipment.
• Collaborate with culinary and planning teams for seamless execution.
• Work with fellow servers to provide efficient service.

Banquet ServerWalters Wedding EstatesWe are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of weddings and events by providing top-notch service to our clients and their guests. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a passion for creating memorable experiences.
