Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Banquet Server to join our team in Santa Fe, NM. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service at events and dining experiences.

You will take accurate food orders, monitor distribution, assist with bussing tables, and contribute to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Prior serving experience is preferred.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure buffet is stocked appropriately.
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.
• Assists with bussing tables
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
• Food safety certification preferred
