Schulte Hospitality Group in Santa Fe, NM, is seeking a dynamic Banquet Server to join our service-focused team. You will take guest food orders where appropriate, ensure buffet readiness, refresh drinks, and assist with bussing tables.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction; prior hotel/restaurant serving experience and a high school diploma are preferred. We offer benefits, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School education minimum.
• At least 1 year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Food safety certification preferred.

• Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Food safety certification preferred.

• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
• Excellent time management skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
