Job summary

The Essex Resort & Spa in Essex Junction, Vermont, is seeking motivated hospitality staff for banquet and dining service. This entry-level role involves setting up events, carrying trays, serving meals, and breaking down after functions, with emphasis on hospitality and teamwork.

Earn $7.21/hour plus tips, with benefits and on-property discounts. Prior food and beverage experience is valued, and candidates should be customer-focused and well-organized to help deliver exceptional guest

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions to include draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and put out table centerpieces.
• Service to include picking up food from back hall, carrying trays to function location, serve food and clear the food from the tables.
• Break down to include bussing tables, putting away dirty linen and centerpieces, vacuuming.
• Responsibilities also include cleaning of back hall and organizing of storerooms.
