Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in North Charleston is seeking a part-time Banquet Server at the Embassy Suites. You will set up event spaces, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and benefits through Atrium Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend and squat repeatedly, and stand for the shift.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces per Banquet Event Orders with linens, settings and A/V equipment.
• Serve food and beverages with focus on timing, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Manage guest needs with professionalism, supporting the event contact during the function.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and company policies to ensure a safe environment.
