Cedar Point's Sawmill Creek venue is seeking a Banquet Server to greet guests and support banquet service, ensuring memorable experiences with Cedar Point standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with banquets per BEOs.
• Assist in setting up room and tables.
• Contribute to the service team to complete all banquet responsibilities.
• Maintain an outgoing, friendly disposition with guests.
• Provide guest service according to Cedar Point standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Help guests create lifelong memories through experiences.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Sawmill Creek Standards.
• Assist in setting up room and tables.
• Act as a contributing member of the service team to complete all key responsibilities of a banquet server.
• Maintain an outgoing, friendly disposition while interacting with our guests.
• Provide guest service according to Cedar Point standards.
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Make our guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories.
• Interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds.
