Job summary

Sawmill Creek is hiring a Banquet Server at Cedar Point to greet guests and deliver outstanding service at world-class food locations.

Ages 18+, $7/hour plus service fee, with paid training and uniforms. The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, teamwork, and upholding high service standards across banquets and events.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly guest service and assist in banquet settings.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks per Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Assist in setting up rooms and tables.
• Contribute to the service team to cover banquet duties.
• Maintain an outgoing, friendly disposition with guests.
• Provide guest service per Cedar Point standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Deliver memorable experiences for guests.
• Interact with guests of all ages and backgrounds.

• Complete tasks in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Sawmill Creek Standards.
• Assist in setting up room and tables.
• Act as a contributing member of the service team to complete all key responsibilities of a banquet server.
• Maintain an outgoing, friendly disposition while interacting with our guests.
• Provide guest service according to Cedar Point standards.
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Make our guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories.
• Interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds.
