The Server will provide exceptional hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role offers an hourly rate of $25.00 and is tip-eligible.

Responsibilities:

1. Read and understand Banquet Event Orders.
2. Carry at least 8 entrees per tray.
3. Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, ensuring standards are met.
4. Maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
5. Set up and maintain food and beverage stations throughout the venue.
6. Inventory and maintain supplies for stations.
7. Keep event and front-of-house areas tidy and organized.
8. Participate in setup and cleanup of service items.
9. Work independently during slower times.
10. Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
11. Engage with staff and guests professionally and courteously.
12. Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
13. Pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness.
14. Multi-task effectively.
15. Handle and move objects safely.
16. Maintain a customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude.
17. Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
18. Have basic arithmetic skills.
19. Stand for extended periods.
20. Perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, and reaching.
21. Lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying objects up to 30 lbs. is required.
22. Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
