Position Summary

The Banquet Server will provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This role offers an hourly wage of $17.55 plus tips.

Responsibilities
  • Read and understand Banquet Event Orders.
  • Carry at least 8 entrees per tray.
  • Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, maintaining DLTCC standards.
  • Engage with guests professionally, anticipating and meeting their needs.
  • Set up and maintain food and beverage stations throughout the venue.
  • Inventory and maintain supplies for stations.
  • Keep event and front of house areas tidy and organized.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of service items.
  • Work independently during slower periods.
  • Promote a safe and clean work environment.
  • Maintain high social contact, working closely with staff and patrons.
  • Adopt a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Multitask effectively.
  • Handle and move objects safely.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, customer-focused attitude.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Perform basic arithmetic operations.
  • Stand for extended periods.
  • Stretch, bend, reach, and lift objects up to 30 lbs., frequently lifting 15 lbs.
  • Be punctual with consistent attendance.
  • Respond appropriately to customer inquiries and complaints.
