Job Description

The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in managing successful catering orders and events. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup, transporting equipment and supplies, serving guests, and cleaning up after events.

Job Responsibilities

1. Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event orders.
2. Transport and deliver food, beverages, and supplies.
3. Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other equipment as specified.
4. Replenish food and beverages during events.
5. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of food service areas.
6. Clean up after service and return equipment to storage.
7. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
8. Follow safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adherence to dress code and availability for event-based hours.
