Step into the limelight as a Banquet Server and become the orchestrator of unforgettable dining experiences. Join our team of service professionals dedicated to delivering seamless events where every guest enjoys exceptional hospitality and flavors.

  1. Greet and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using their name when possible.
  2. Anticipate guests' needs by asking questions and observing preferences, acting on them whenever possible.
  3. Express genuine appreciation and bid guests a fond farewell.
  4. Respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests, using brand-specific processes to resolve issues, delight, and build trust. Engage guests in conversation about their stay, services, and local attractions.
  5. Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards.
  6. Present accurate checks and process payments, adhering to cash handling and credit policies, including gratuities.
  7. Answer questions about menu options and consult with kitchen staff for clarifications.
  8. Keep work areas clean throughout the shift, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
  9. Communicate special meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and requests to the kitchen.
  10. Set tables according to event type and service standards, ensuring all supplies meet quality standards.
  11. Follow proper procedures for serving alcohol.
  12. Record transactions promptly at the time of order.
  13. Follow safety and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
  14. Complete closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and securing equipment and areas.
Qualifications
  • Ability to adhere to timelines for set-up completion.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Follow instructions accurately, both verbally and in writing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • At least 1 year of server experience.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum age to serve alcohol.
