THE JOB:

As a Banquet Server at MGM Springfield, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service in our banquet halls, characterized by your welcoming smile and attentiveness.

THE STARTING RATE: $8.75 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guest as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables
• You will set up and arrange tables, serve food and beverages, and ensure that all guests feel valued and well-cared-for throughout their event.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Must be 21 years of age
