The role offers a flat hourly rate of $5.00 plus service charge gratuity, with earnings dependent on hours and gratuity distributions.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Permit, where applicable.
• 6–12 months serving experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile and positive attitude
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner
• Clear tables, clean up after events, and ensure the banquet area is tidy
