Job summary

HVMG is hiring a Banquet Server to support events at our Louisville properties. You will help set up and break down banquet spaces, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will report to the Banquet Captain/Manager and may have opportunities to advance within the hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Customer-focused with a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces for banquets.
• Serve food and beverages and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area during events and shift.
• Report to Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager.
